Monthly competition - Win a hamper!

Starting this month we are launching a competition to win a hamper. To enter the competition all you need to do is:

• Accept the leads which are relevant
• Input date of follow up contact
• Input date price offer made
• Input lead won/lost status

The top three installers who have updated their lead statuses the most will win a hamper. The winners will be announced in the next month's newsletter.

An installer may accept or reject the lead depending on the circumstances of each project. Once a lead is assigned to you within the Lead Management Tool, it is extremely important to accept or reject it within 24 hours, as this affects your installer score in the Lead Management Tool. Having a good score is crucial for becoming a priority provider when future leads are assigned.

The case for case studies
Daikin UK is investing in case studies to highlight interesting projects featuring our energy efficient cooling and heating systems.

The case studies are published on the Daikin UK website and downloadable documents and some may also appear in the media. And of course, you can also use them on your own website and in your marketing materials.

If you have a current or recent Daikin project to propose as a case study, please contact ukmarketing@daikin.co.uk.

As an extra incentive, we are offering £100 Love2shop vouchers for your customers who agree to take part and have their properties photographed. Plus you'll get tasty hamper for any case study you propose that we can progress and complete.

Heat Pumps Installation
With the current rapid increase in Heat Pump installations, Daikin is looking for every opportunity to help our installers with the installation and set up process of our heat pumps. Daikin offers comprehensive manuals and in-depth training courses to start you on your journey. On top of this Daikin is now producing a series of short videos to assist with specific on-site questions that come up.

The first in this series cover two topics:
• Connecting a 3rd party thermostat, demonstrating how to safely connect a 3rd party thermostat to a Daikin Altherma unit
• Daikin Altherma ESBE 3 way valve explained, so you understand how to install the valve, and set it up correctly and safely

New Range of Heat Pumps Convectors - available now
Daikin Altherma Heat Pump Convectors (HPC) can replace outdated radiators to provide energy efficient cooling and heating. The unit fits in any room thanks to its silent operation. A heat pump convector creates the same room temperature as a traditional radiator, but with lower water temperatures in the radiator, contributing to direct energy savings for users in the long run.

The range comprises three models:
• Floor Mounted
• Wall Mounted
• Concealed Wall / Ceiling

These units can be combined with our wide range of Daikin Altherma products and in combination with our Daikin Altherma GEO solution for collective housing applications.
