‘Metering for performance’ is an eligibility requirement for all new heat pump applications (not other technology types).
‘Metering for payment’ is different, and depending on other circumstances, may be an eligibility requirement for heat pumps and biomass stoves and boilers. You may be required to install both, or neither of them.

If a product has failed within its warranty period, it will need to be sent to the manufacturer for testing, once the we have received credit from the manufacturer, we will then credit your account in full.
